Each day you receive a selective menu specially prepared with your restrictions in mind. Circle the desired food selections for each meal. Our Dietary Department's Catering to You staff will take your selections and deliver your meals to your room. They will assist you in this process if you require help.
Visitors are welcome to dine in our cafeteria. It is open daily and offers an Out-take selection, drinks, salad bar and a hot line. 24-hour vending machines are located on the 1st floor near the Gift Shop and on the 2nd floor in the Outpatient Waiting Area.
Hot line and salad bar are unavailable from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. (9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Sundays).
The hospital's interfaith chapel located on the 2nd floor near Med/Surg Pod II is always open.
To help you find your way, we have maps of GRMC posted at each entrance. However, feel free to ask a caregiver or a volunteer to show you the way.

We have a wireless network at GRMC, so bring your laptop or tablet. The weekly passwords are posted in waiting areas and outside the cafeteria.

A women's health nurse navigator is available at no cost for women who have or may have breast cancer. Her main role is to coordinate care and provide support on the journey.
Visitor and outpatient parking is available directly in front of the Visitors Entrance, the Surgical Center and Cancer Center.
Smoking is not permitted at GRMC. We are a Tobacco Free campus.
Patient rooms are equipped with telephones. Dial 7 for an outside line. Long distance cannot be charged to the room. A GRMC operator directs incoming phone calls to patient rooms between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Cable TV is provided at no cost. Ask your caregiver about operating your bed specific TV.
Family and friends of patients are welcome at Gila Regional. Open visitation hours are from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. After 10 p.m., all visitors need to check-in with a caregiver in Registration.
Visitors are considered members of the infection control team and play an important role in preventing and reducing infection transmissions by following these suggestions:
• Only visit when you are well; No fever, cough or sore throat
• Wash your hands before and after a visit
• If you see a red "stop" sign on the patient's door, check with the nursing staff about protective apparel
Gila Regional Medical Center offers free high-speed wireless Internet access as a courtesy for our patients and our visitors. You will need today's username and password posted on the WiFi signs located in the GRMC waiting areas.
